Les <strong>caves El Grifo<\/strong> peuvent se vanter d\u2019avoir profit\u00e9 des<strong> terres recouvertes de lave et de sable volcanique<\/strong> apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9ruption <strong>qui a eu lieu entre 1730 et 1736 <\/strong>sur l\u2019\u00eele de <strong>Lanzarote <\/strong>pour donner naissance \u00e0 un domaine plein de <strong>vignobles et d\u2019arbres fruitiers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"new-fading-text__hidden-element\">Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, <strong>le<\/strong> <strong>pressoir couvert date de 1775<\/strong> et, depuis lors, le <strong>feu<\/strong>, le <strong>vent <\/strong>et la <strong>roche<\/strong>, ainsi que le savoir-faire des familles qui sont pass\u00e9es par ses installations, ont conduit \u00e0 <strong>des vins au caract\u00e8re et \u00e0 la personnalit\u00e9 marqu\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"new-fading-text__hidden-element\">Les caves El Grifo ont <strong>des vignes du XIXe si\u00e8cle<\/strong> qui m\u00fbrissent \u00e0 flanc de colline et sont r\u00e9colt\u00e9es \u00e0 la main une par une. De plus, la cave abrite un <strong>mus\u00e9e <\/strong>o\u00f9 vous pourrez d\u00e9couvrir <strong>l\u2019histoire du vin sur l\u2019\u00eele<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"new-fading-text__hidden-element\">Visite et d\u00e9gustation<\/h2>\n<p class=\"new-fading-text__hidden-element\">Si vous souhaitez vivre une exp\u00e9rience \u0153notouristique compl\u00e8te \u00e0 <strong>San Bartolom\u00e9 de Tirajana<\/strong>, nous nous retrouverons \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e des <strong>caves El Grifo<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019heure indiqu\u00e9e. Une fois que nous y serons tous, nous commencerons \u00e0 enqu\u00eater sur <strong>les secrets des vins volcaniques qui connaissent un tel succ\u00e8s dans le monde entier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"new-fading-text__hidden-element\">Pour ce faire, nous visiterons la <strong>biblioth\u00e8que et les archives de la cave<\/strong>, o\u00f9 sont conserv\u00e9s <strong>plus de 5000 volumes<\/strong> qui montrent les d\u00e9tails de la viticulture insulaire. Vous verrez que cela n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec d\u2019autres formes de culture !<\/p>\n<p class=\"new-fading-text__hidden-element\">Ensuite, nous marcherons parmi les <strong>chabocos<\/strong>, trous <strong>dans le sable volcanique<\/strong> et prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par <strong>des murs de pierre <\/strong>qui prot\u00e8gent les<strong> vignes plant\u00e9es au XIXe si\u00e8cle<\/strong> des intemp\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"new-fading-text__hidden-element\">Pour compl\u00e9ter le parcours \u00e0 travers la cave, nous verrons le chemin ult\u00e9rieur que les raisins empruntent depuis leur r\u00e9colte pour devenir du vin. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant !
