What to see at the Mirador del Río?

As you enter the Mirador del Rio, you will find two impressive vaulted windows, the eyes of the Mirador, through which an extraordinary panoramic view can be appreciated. From here, you can see the slopes of the Risco de Famara, El Río, a narrow strip of sea that separates Lanzarote from La Graciosa, and the Chinijo Archipelago, a small group of islands of volcanic origin with a rich marine reserve, the largest in Europe.

Inside the Mirador, you will find two large sculptures by Manrique and other decorative details characteristic of the artist, as well as a spiral staircase, a bar-cafeteria space, a spectacular upper terrace and a souvenir store.

Schedules and Rates

The Mirador del Riois open to the public from 10:00 to 16:40. Rates are 8.00 EUR for adults, 4.00 EUR for children from 7 to 12 years old, and free for children from 0 to 6 years old. Canary Island residents have a discount, with rates of 5.00 EUR for adults and 2.50 EUR for children from 7 to 12 years old.
