Excellent villas located in the south of Lanzarote, in the fishing village of Playa Blanca, just 200 metres from the vital Marina Rubicon. Each villa has a separate private pool, garden with barbecue area and terrace, with outdoor furniture: chairs, table and hammocks. The homes comprise: fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with satellite TV, CD-DVD player and free WIFI; 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms with hairdryer. The vast majority of the homes are duplexes, although there are a few on the ground floor. All villas also have a free private parking area and a safe. They offer luggage storage and a tour desk, as well as free cleaning service upon departure. In addition, if the stay is 7 nights or more, an intermediate cleaning is included with change of towels and sheets. Bed linen and towels included in the price. Guests will receive a complimentary welcome pack upon arrival with tea, coffee, juice, milk, water, Cola-Cao and biscuits. Playa Dorada and the Hesperia Playa Dorada Golf Club are a 10-minute walk away and the centre of Playa Blanca is less than 15 minutes away. All this along the promenade that borders the sea. The Papagayo Beaches are 5 min. by car or 20 min. on foot along the promenade. The villas have a customer service office and an emergency telephone number for possible mishaps outside office hours. Free infants up to 2 years old (and older) and cot/high chair free of charge, on request and subject to availability.
