History of Casa Juanita
Casa Juanita was built in 1916 by Juan de León Perdomo, an emigrant who made his fortune in Argentina, for his daughter Juanita, who suffered from tuberculosis. Following medical advice that sea iodine could help his daughter, Juan bought a large estate by the sea and built the house. Unfortunately, Juanita passed away in 1921, but her memory lives on in the beautiful house her father built for her.

Casa Juanita is famous for its colorful facade and unique architecture. Although the house is not open to the public, visitors can admire it from the outside and enjoy the sea views. Just at the foot of the house, there is a puddle known as the Charcón, which adds even more charm to the place.
