Itinerary
At the indicated time, we will pick you up in the area closest to your hotel in Lanzarote and we will head to Mozaga, a town located in the center of the island. In this small town we will visit the first work of César Manrique of this tour dedicated to the legacy of the local artist.
We will access the Monument to the Peasant, a tribute to the rural world of Lanzarote. Inside we can see various farming tools used in local agriculture.
After crossing the town of Teguise we will continue the route to Haría, where we will stop to admire the natural landscape of the Valley of the Thousand Palm Trees. Afterwards, we will head towards the northwestern area of the island.
The next stop will be at the Mirador del Río, designed by César Manrique. Its windows and panoramic terraces will allow us to see La Graciosa, the largest island of the Chinijo archipelago, in the foreground.
At approximately 2:00 p.m. we will make a stop in the north of Lanzarote so that you can have lunch on your own. After lunch, we will head towards the Jameos del Agua, one of the most magical places on the island.
This space on the island serves as a habitat for an endemic species: tiny blind and albino crabs. In addition, inside the Jameos del Agua you can also visit some works designed by César Manrique: an auditorium, a swimming pool, a restaurant, gardens… You will be fascinated!
Next, we will go to Guatiza to visit another important creation of César Manrique, the Cactus Garden. In this unique volcanic space there is an outstanding botanical centre where we can appreciate more than a thousand species of cacti from the Canary Islands, Africa, America…
Then we will march to Tahíche to visit the César Manrique Foundation. In this residence-museum we will visit the Casa del Volcán where the artist lived. It is a unique architectural complex surrounded by swimming pools and gardens. And even a dance floor!
From Tahíche we will finally return to the area of your hotel, where the arrival is scheduled between 8.5 and 10 hours after the pick-up.

The tour includes pick up in the following tourist areas of Lanzarote:
- Costa Teguise: between 8:45 and 9:05 am.
- Arrecife: between 9:10 and 9:15 hours.
- Playa Honda: at 9:15 a.m.
- Puerto del Carmen: between 9:25 a.m. and 9:50 a.m.
- Puerto Calero: between 9:50 a.m. and 9:55 a.m.
- Playa Blanca: between 8:20 and 9:00 hours.
