Itinerary
We will meet at the agreed time at the meeting point or at your hotel to start an unforgettable route through the northern part of Lanzarote. The Corona Volcano and the Risco de Famara await us!
Upon arrival at this area of the island, we will start walking through the Natural Monument of the La Corona Volcano. During the ascent to the crater, we will have breathtaking views of the vineyards surrounding the volcano, as well as the spectacular lava flows called malpais.
After contemplating the huge crater of La Corona and learning everything about its formation, we will go around it and start the descent until we reach the central part of the Famara cliff.
Did you know that its rock walls rise more than 500 meters above sea level? You’re sure to be impressed! In this part of the Chinijo Archipelago Natural Park we will visit the Riscos de Famara, the Peñas del Chache and we will see the island of La Graciosa.
After three hours of hiking trail, we will return to the starting point.
Pickup
When booking, you can choose between two modalities:
- Tour without pick-up: we will meet at 9:30 a.m. at the church of Ye, located at Calle San Francisco Javier, 10.
- Tour with pick-up: The tour includes pick-up from the following tourist areas of Lanzarote: Costa Teguise (between 9:00 and 9:05 am) and Puerto del Carmen (between 8:20 am and 8:40 am). If you select this option, the total duration of the activity will be between five and six hours, taking into account transfers.
