Itinerary
We will meet at the Janubio Winery at the time you select and we will begin a guided tour to discover one of the most spectacular places in all of Lanzarote, the Salinas de Janubio.
We will walk through this protected natural area while discovering all the landscape and natural values that the salt flats have. Did you know that they are the largest in the Canary Islands? In addition, we will tell you many of its curiosities, such as its creation after a series of volcanic eruptions.
Of course, while we visit the Salinas de Janubio, we will see the work that is done daily for the extraction of salt, highly appreciated in the gastronomic world thanks to the cleanliness of its extraction. To check it out, at the end of the guided tour we will taste the Fleur de Sel and the Flavors of Janubio.
We will finish the tour after two hours of touring.
